 The full details are as follows:

1. Login to https://www.ptuexam.com/

2. Enter your username & password.

3. Click on the option menu from left top corner.

4. Select the option STUDENT EXAM FORM.

5. Select the option REGULAR  or  RE-APPEAR

  (1st year & LEET students only select REGULAR option.) 

6. Click on LOCK option.

7.Fill the details & pay the payment.

8. again, Click on the option menu from left top corner.

9. Select the option UPLOAD PHOTO & SIGNATURE.

10. now, upload your PHOTO & SIGNATURE over there.

(the size of the photo & signature also mention there.)
