set date format in excel

=TODAY()

=DAY()

=NOW()

=MONTH()

=YEAR()

- Fix the column

    G4   H4

      5     1     = 6     (=G4+H4)

            2      =  7   (=$G$4+H4)

- Provide the color to specific text

press ctrl +1 

it open conditional formatting
